The Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2019 ended on a high note with much pomp and glamour as several Bollywood celebs made their way to the event, from being showstoppers to first-row guests. Be it floral motifs, 3D floral embellishments, frills and sequins or the ornate jewellery adorned by the tinsel towners, the finale was one to watch out for!
National Award-winning actress Kangana Ranaut turned showstopper for designer Disha Patil as she wore a powder blue embellished lehenga-choli with a one-sided extended shoulder drape. However, it was her pair of sparkling bright statement earrings carved in diamonds that took everyone’s breath away. Chunky diamond bracelet from Varuna D Jani rounded off her look and elevated her already vivacious personality.
On the other hand, Soha Ali Khan looked regal as she walked for designer Kavita Agarwal in a beige lehenga, choli and dupatta – all heavily embellished with golden and deep green embroidery. She further defined and celebrated royalty as she opted for handcrafted polki and diamond necklace and jhumkas from Satyani Fine Jewels.
Last but not least, Urvashi Rautela turned showstopper for Pink Peacock by designer Masumi Mewawalla. Wearing an embroidered, sky blue gown with a cape, Urvashi accessorised her look by adding the right amount of bling in Sawansukha diamond cascading earrings at the red carpet followed by vintage diamond hoop earrings on the ramp. Surreal as ever!
