Crafted to accentuate your jewellery sensibilities, the statement making pieces by the trendsetting jewellery brand, Gehna, displayed on the ramp were a feast for the eyes. Using diamonds and polki, the eclectic mix of jewels under the collection name Roshni ensured there was a piece for each one.
The jewels ranged from lightweight trendy to substantial with a traditional appeal, fit for gowns, sarees, western wear and tunics.
Classified into three categories, the jewels saw an inspiring use of design motifs, precious gems, and enameling.
Starting off with brilliance instilled in each design, the lightweight and fashionable jewellery on the ramp aimed to keep you looking chic while not over-the-top.
For the traditional and temple jewellery lovers, the new designs by Gehna merged conventional to bring out the contemporary aesthetics.

While the heritage-inspired pieces formed a design delight splashed with coloured gemstones and light hues, especially for the ones who want to splurge and go heavy with chokers, jhumkis and shoulder dusters encrusted with uncut diamonds and emeralds.
Actresses Yami Gautam and Sushmita Sen were spotted on the ramp in sparkling Gehna Jewellers. Wearing a sexy striped bustier ruffle saree and sleek dangling earrings, Yami along with Sushmita in a flowing tulle gown and conical statement earrings showed how light and minimal jewellery can look impressive.
Juhi Chawla and Bhagyashree were spotted gracing an enticing choker and necklace studded with uncut diamonds and a matching statement ring from the jewellery house to highlight their outfits.
