With each passing day, the fashion outings at Cannes 2019 are getting better and better. While Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are yet to arrive at the French Riviera, global icon and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra made her debut at the prestigious film festival this year. Apart from her, Kangana Ranaut, Deepika Padukone and Huma Qureshi are slaying and how, every time they step out of the iconic Hotel Martinez in Cannes.
Nonetheless, it was not only the couture gowns that were the red carpet fashion highlights but the celebrities’ spectacular choice of jewellery completely stole the show. So, we at TJD, are here to take you through the jewel pieces adorned by our Bollywood celebs at the much-awaited Chopard party:
Priyanka Chopra
As PeeCee made her Cannes debut this year, she was joined the next day by her husband Nick Jonas for the Chopard party. Wearing a purple dress by Fendi, Priyanka kept it classy by wearing diamond danglers from Chopard. Kudos to her stylist Mimi Cutrell to getting the accessories right with her over-the-top scalloped sheer skirt outfit.
Kangana Ranaut
For the Chopard party, Kangana looked like a vision in white a formal gown by Toni Maticevski. Interestingly, she added a pop of colour to her overall attire by wearing stunning jewellery from Sweta Mehta. Her earrings, featuring a meshwork of cascading diamonds enhanced by green emeralds, perfected her simplistic outfit to the T.
Before the Chopard gala night, Kangana sizzled at the red carpet once again by wearing a white Michael Cinco gown, with Chopard stud earrings, set in tanzanites and diamonds, from their the Red Carpet Collection.
Huma Qureshi
Huma was seen wearing a red gown with train and blazer by Nauman Piyarji and it paired with jewellery by David Morris. While her phoenix earrings carved with rose-cut white diamonds and set in 18-carat white gold, stylist Ayesha Amin Nigam rounded Huma’s look with the asscher cut, pear shaped and round white diamond cuff.
