As Deepika Padukone aka DeePee, the gorgeous bride tied the nuptial knot with dapper beau, Ranveer Singh in two back to back wedding ceremonies, one a konkan one on 14th and the other, a sindhi wedding on 15th, pictures of the two broke the Internet. Totally a Sabyasachi bride and groom, the duo rewrote the rules of ethnic wear and jewels.
Deepika was draped and decked in stunning nuptial finery created by ace designer Sabyasachi and she almost looked like her onscreen avatar, rani Padmavat in layers of traditional Indian jewellery from Sabyasachi, including punjabi chudas and kaliras by Rahul Luthra that dangled from her bangles. Yet what stole the show amidst her spectacular rings was her big engagement solitaire that Ranveer slipped on her finger lovingly in a cosy engagement ceremony.

The konkani wedding had her captivating her onlookers in a rust hue silk sari and intricate temple jewellery.
Sindhi Wedding
The Sindhi wedding found her ravishing in red and her veil with a sanskrit quote and layers of kundan and jadau accessories and a striking maang teeka that made her nail the regal bride look.
Bangalore Reception:

Mumbai Reception:
Deepika’s Mumbai reception jewellery was the icing on the cake as it completed her chikankari Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla drape. Crafted by the duo, the White Whisper of Love collection had a mesmerizing effect with the polki and pearls. Strikingly huge, the necklace gracefully sat at the neck while the pearls and uncut danglers heightened the effect.
